Your adrenalin will be pumping when you captain a four- or six-passenger Zodiac, a rigid-hulled inflatable boat offering speed and agility. The adventure begins with a tour by van through historic downtown Ketchikan. Look out the windows as your scenic drive travels past totem poles, Saxman Native Village, and the beautiful coastline of the Tongass Narrows to the Beaver Falls Salmon Cannery. Upon arrival, breathe in the fresh air as you walk the mystical rainforest trail to the Zodiac. After a safety briefing, you’ll bundle up in rain gear, rubber boots and a life jacket, step inside the sturdy Zodiac and follow your guide out to the beautiful George Inlet Fjords. There is just nothing as unique and fun as riding a Segway. Easy to ride even for someone who has never ridden before. The balloon tires of the X2 are perfect for the gravel trail and provide a cushioned ride. Guests will enjoy cruising along through tall stands of Sitka Spruce and Hemlock. Glide through serene alpine meadows studded with ponds of lilies all in the shadow of snow-capped peaks. Our guide will provide interesting facts and details about the flora and fauna that are unique to Alaska. Several short stops for photos and to walk around are provided. The halfway point of the tour brings guests to breathtaking Fish Creek and it’s crystal clear, snow melt waters. A short 10-minute walk along the Historic Treadwell Ditch gives guests a chance to see the old-growth Tongass Rainforest in all of its pristine beauty and learn about Juneau. On this breathtaking Safari you'll take a 60 minute boat ride out to the Davidson Glacier filled with the potential for wildlife including whales, bald eagles, sea lions, and mountain goats! Once docked, you'll take a short hike (1/4 mile) to our canoes and then you'll make your way out to the glacier itself! Prepare yourself to take in the sheer immensity and majesty of the Davidson Glacier. You can't have any experience like this anywhere else.

Experience the traditional way of trekking on snow into Wild Lapland. Get a great workout while you adventurously “float walk” on top of deep snow, allowing you to reach places that would otherwise be unreachable. Get a feel of winter Lapland as we trek into the winter forest, river, and valley. Upon reaching our break destination, we will start an open fire to barbecue some sausages and rejuvenate with some hot berry juice. Note:  For children too small to wear snowshoes,  sleds (toboggans) will be provided.

Experience the Australian bush and unique sandstone rock formations. A variety of birds, reptiles and animals inhabit the area any you can usually get closer in a kayak than on foot as they do not see you as threatening. Great opportunities for photography as long as you are careful as water and cameras do not play well. Waterproof cameras are great, though many paddlers use normal cameras without any issues.
