Discover the northern part of this enchanting island by driving one of our buggies in a mixed on / off road journey. We will visit the magnificent Corralejo dunes, driving alongside the great beaches with a view of the island of Lobos. The whole area is a natural park so we will not drive on the sand dunes , but we will walk up on them to enjoy the landscape . Then we will reach the dirt road and drive off-road through the magical volcanic area where you can admire the lunar landscape of Fuerteventura. In this area we will make two stops: the first one is the "off road stop" after an off road path to get the dust off of us , the second one at a panoramic point , with free drinks and a great view on the whole North of the island. let's go … it's time to have fun and enjoy the scenery! We will set off to discover the central-northern area of the island, crossing the natural park of the dunes. We will visit an Aloe vera company, the famous plant with multiple benefits. We will continue to the white sand beaches of El Cotillo and the TOSTON lighthouse to continue the tour among the majestic cliffs of Piedra Playa. It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes, for stops at the seaside bring what you need for the beach. In case of wind it is preferable to have a sweatshirt with you. Also, smile and happiness 🙂

The action starts straight away with a visit to Timanfaya National Park, which is home to a third of the island's 100 volcanoes. Admire eerie landscapes of fantastic forms in shades maroon, red, grey and black. You'll also be treated to a few party tricks courtesy of the geothermic earth below you. On the park's coastal edge, head to El Golfo to see the green lagoon at the back of a black beach and the nearby Hervideros cliffs. They were formed by molten lava pouring into the sea. There's a stop to learn all about the benefits of aloe vera. Rounding off the day is a wine tasting in La Geria.

Fuerteventura is that rare gem – there's plenty to do and see but in laid-back and uncrowded surrounds. This daytrip to the centre of the island will explore the historic town of Betancuria and the fishing village of Ajuy and take in attractions such as an aloe vera plantation and a farm. Setting off in a comfortable minibus, your first stop is the aloe vera plantation. Next up is the polka-dotted Moorish-influenced lighthouse overlooking Las Playitas beach. Then, in Ajuy, you can check out the view from the chalk cliffs overlooking the black beach and the fishing boats. Later, a scenic drive through the mountains will take you to the whitewashed colonial town of Betancuria. See St Mary's church, whose simple exterior belies its richly decorated interior. There'll be a cheese-tasting session at a nearby goat farm, before you round off the day with a visit to the cheese museum in Antigua.
