This excursion begins at our office and the first stop will be La Misión, now a neighborhood in the city but also a historic site once occupied by both the native people and the first missionaries who arrived in the region. Here, we will see remnants of the settlement and admire the imposing Andes Mountains at the edge of the Beagle Channel. During the tour, our guide will continue to share the story of the city’s evolution and history as we visit iconic landmarks such as the old airport, the giant letter sign with the city’s name, the port, the Maritime and Prison Museum of Ushuaia, and the Martial Glacier Reserve. Once at the Martial Glacier reserve, we visit the famous Glacier Tea House and Beer Point
