Neapolitan Pizzaiolo for a day is an educational workshop designed to let tourists of all ages visit and visit the art of Neapolitan pizza, recognized by UNESCO as an intangible heritage of humanity. The workshop is carried out at the school of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana and involves the preparation of the pizza with the help of an instructor from the Association who will lead the participants on this interactive journey.
