My name is Luis, I am an Economist and I worked as a consultant for more than 20 years. I changed my job for my passion: sailing and enjoying nature, especially the sea. I have been sailing since I was 10 days old, it is a passion inherited from my family and I love transmitting my knowledge of the sea and navigation to the people who accompany me. Since I arrived in Colombia with my family, I have had the opportunity to know the Tayrona in a way that people do not know, from the sea. It is a unique experience that we want to teach you. We are bilingual (Spanish and English) and we love to talk and tell local anecdotes, we will take you to live an unforgettable day. The experience is carried out by Luis or his team. Luis has sailed all his life and Didier (Samario de Nacimiento and a family of fishermen) accompanies him along with Alvaro and Jeison, biologists who love the sea. Chocolate Bar Making York is home to some of the world's most famous chocolate bars. Join us in our academy and learn how to create your very own chocolate bar. You will discover our cocoa origins, we will show you how to temper chocolate, and you will experiment with different flavours to perfect your masterpiece! Once the bars have set, you will package your creations to be enjoyed at home. Who is it suitable for? Perfect for chocolate lovers of all ages and abilities who want to learn more of the secrets to create their own gorgeous chocolates at home. Please note that we recommend that children under 13 years accompanied by a full paying adult participant Please note: During this workshop participants are able to work with their own choice of chocolate and ingredients. Glacier Country Helicopters is a local, family owned and operated company based in Franz Josef, on the West Coast of New Zealand. Husband and wife team Gus and Poppy started the company in January 2014 and you'll generally find one of them out flying most days. On our Glacier Explorer flight you'll fly over the Franz Josef Glacier and then into the Southern Alps to enjoy the included 10-minute snow landing for photos. Total experience time approx. 25 minutes. Please note during the summer snow levels may be low & this could be an alpine landing (no snow). For guaranteed snow we recommend booking a longer flight. If you wish to book a Comfort Seat or request a Front Seat / Executive Helicopter Upgrade, please contact us at least 24hours in advance of your flight. *This 25minute flight has the highest rate of cancellation as it only has one flight route & landing site so no back up options if its route is weather effected unlike the longer flights which have multiple options.
