Our classes combine teaching you 4 traditional Thai recipes plus a complimentary dessert all mostly picked fresh from our vast micro organic farm where we grow over 70 types of fruit, veg and herbs. As our produce is grown mostly onsite our recipes are kept to ‘Thai favourites’ and will only ensure your Thai culinary experience is the real deal and add to the fact you know the ingredients are chemical free. Island Organics is ‘an experience’ we guarantee it !
