Pick Up Location:
For airport pick up, Klook staff will be waiting at Arrival Hall between Gate 4 and Gate 3 holding a Klook sign. If the driver is not there when you arrive, please wait at the meet up point for about 15-20 minutes
For hotel pick ups, please wait for about 15-20 minutes in your hotel lobby for your driver
The driver will wait for you up to 1.5 hours from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 1.5 hours after landing, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. Additional surcharge will apply for waiting time exceeding 1.5 hours
If it is pass the waiting time and you are not contactable, it will be considered a “no show”. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
