If you’re a walking person who wants to enjoy public transportation, our Guide will be waiting at Saphan Taksin BTS Station Ext.2, and take you to hop on the Chaopraya Express Boat to Rajawong Pier.

Food stop 1: Old Market Tour – Chinese Herb Drinks – The tour will begin from the old market alley, packed with Chinese herb and ingredient shops on both sides, then off to the main street to our 1st food stop for a warm and bittersweet herb drink. The herb drink is a great thirst quencher and can sweep away your exhaustion as well as cool down your body.

Food Stop 2: LOD-CHONG-SING-GA-PORE – Then, come the 2nd stop which is a must-try sweet cold drink made from coconut milk and jelly with slices of jack fruit, also known as Lod-Chong-Sing-Ga-Pore in Thai. You will be amazed at how good coconut milk drink can be.

Sacred Gun Yin Goddess Shrine – Thian Fah Shrine – We will then head to the beginning of Yao Warat Avenue which the local called Head of the Dragon. We’ll stop by the landmark of Yaowarat Avenue where Guan-Yin Goddess image is enshrined. Locals believe it to be a very sacred shrine. During the day time, the place serves as a Chinese medicine hospital.

Food Stop 3: PA-TONG-GO – Then, we will hit the main avenue where our 3rd food stop is at. You’ll try the Chinese style fried bread dipped in Pandan Kaya sauce and condensed milk. This snack is called Pa-Tong-Ko. The warm and crispy bread goes along very well with both kinds of dipping.

Food Stop 4: GUAI-TEW-LOD – The 4th food stop is the famous noodle topped with pork stew, bean sprout, dry shrimp and black sweetened Chinese sauce or so-called Guai-Tew-Lod. According to locals, if you come to Yaowarat but don’t stop by this stall, you aren’t officially here yet.

Food Stop 5: Chinese Restaurant – Hokkian Style Food – Then, we are off to the famous fish Mau Shop on the avenue. The shop has been opened for over 50 years. At this 5th food stop, we’ll try 3 dishes, Fish Mau Soup, Chinese Crab Cake and Hong Kong noodles. 4 people will be sharing 1 set.

Optional Food Stop: Michelin Guide Spicy Noodle Soup Challenge – After that, we will head to the next optional stop. If you are a fan of spicy food, we challenge you to try Michelin Guide Thai pepper pork noodle. It will sure make your face red and bead with sweat and leave your tongue burning. If you can finish the dish, we’ll pay for you. But if you can’t, you need to pay for that hot dish you wish for by yourself.

Food Stop 6: MOO-SA-TEY – For the 6th food stop, we offer the yellow BBQ pork coated with coconut milk and dipped in sweet nut sauce. The dish is called Moo-Sa-Tay.

Food Stop 7: Mango Sticky Rice – At the 7th stop, we are done with the main course and will start trying out Thai dessert. We will stop by the most delicious mango sticky rice shop in town. You will find it hard to stop munching on the sweet Nam-Dok-Mai riped mango on sticky rice topped with coconut milk.

Food Stop 8: Last Stop Sweet Shop – We will end our night at an authentic Chinese dessert stall, our 8th stop. You can choose between iced sweet dessert in longan juice and sesame rice cake in slightly sweet ginger tea.
