Your journey commences with a leisurely drive through rice paddies and salt fields. En route visit a farmhouse along the way and watch locals produce sugar from coconut. The tour continues with a 30 minutes longtail boat trip along a fruit plantation to see Thai houses and the traditional way of life. Arriving at Damnoen Saduak floating market, you will be fascinated by boats of various shapes and sizes used by local merchants to ferry their goods.

Continue to the Maeklong Railway Market. It is one of the largest fresh seafood markets in Thailand, and is centered around the track of the Maeklong Railway. When trains approach, the awnings and shopfronts are moved back from the rails and then replaced once the train has passed.

After lunch at a local restaurant, head back to Bangkok to visit the local market in bustling China Town where you will come across street markets, street side restaurants, shop houses, gold shops, beautiful remnants of colonial style architecture and some interesting Chinese temples, such as Leng Noi Yee. China Town is also famous for many varieties of food and it turns into Bangkok`s biggest open air restaurant at night.

Near the Chinatown is the biggest wholesale and retail fresh flower market in Bangkok. The market has all kinds of popular flowers and flora-related items, including roses, forget me nots, orchids, lilies and more. Most of them sold in packs of 50 or 100 flowers in each.
