The guide will meet you at the end of the airbridge, after the airplane exit. They will have a sign board with your booking name. Passport name should be the same as booking name.
Departure Fast Track
The guide will wait for you at the check in desk. They will have a signboard with the lead booking name. IAsia Thailand will email you the meeting time which is approx 2hr – 2.5hr before departure time.
