Even if you are not vegetarian, we encourage you to try our culinary experience and be pleasantly surprised at how fulfilling and informative our classes can be in learning how to make delicious Thai dishes.
Our popular Thai cooking class is taught in the morning at 9:00am and afternoon at 14:00pm daily, welcoming students of all skill levels. Recipes include soups, curries and stir fry. A great choice if you are new to Thai cooking.

8.00am / 1.00pm – Pick up from hotel or meeting point & transfer to May Kaidee Cooking Class
9:00-9:10am / 14:00 PM – 14:10 PM -During this time students get acquainted with the instructor and fellow students.Students are offered fresh fruit such as Papaya, Mango or Dragonfruit, and a bottle of spring water.
9:10-9:30am / 14:10pm – 14:30pm -A lesson on making chili paste is taught prior to the main lesson. Students are also introduced to a range of native vegetables and fruits, as well as oils and sauces important for Thai cooking. .
9:30am-12:00pm / 14:30pm – 15:30pm – Main Lesson – Cooking 8 recipes
12:00pm-12:45am / 15:30pm – 16:00pm -Students are given a tutorial on making fresh spring rolls and papaya salad. Techniques are taught for the delicate steps to making fresh spring rolls as well as for making Papaya salad, known in Thai as “Som Tom.
12:45-13:00 / 16:00pm – 17:00pm / 17:00pm – 18:00pm
-Students are treated to a demonstration of traditional Thai dancing. Students are encouraged to participate and learn beginning steps.
