• 09:45am – 10:00am Arrive at the Fresh Market on your own or with our driver.
• 10:00am Start the tour at the fresh market and discover how locals are buying and preparing their food. The tour at the market is not only the opportunity to buy few supplies for the cooking class, but you’ll also learn a lot about Thai culinary traditions.
• 10:45am Be transferred at the cooking school (located just behind the market), enjoy a welcome drink, then start preparing healthy and colorful herbal drinks with local flowers, and the 3 dishes you’ve selected in the extensive menu (more than 180 dishes available!)
• 01:30pm Enjoy your handmade dishes with jasmine rice, sticky rice or rice noodles, herbal drinks, and Thai tea, all included.
• 02:30pm Receive small gifts at the end of the workshop. The recipes are available on the Blog and you can contact us anytime if you need additional culinary tips to make your Thai delights once back home.
