Enjoy a free hotel pickup from Chiang Mai city area around 8:30am or 4pm and head to an authentic Thai local market where students will learn about real Thai’s shopping. Your guide will teach you how to choose the best sample of each ingredients to create a delicious dishes at your cooking class. You will be given some times to wander around the market if you want to before proceed to cooking school.
Upon arrival at cooking school, you will visit our beautiful organic garden where we grow all our own ingredients, such as Thai herbs and Thai eggplant. The cooking lesson will be conducted inside a sheltered area and there is a cooking station for each person. Your professional teacher will provide expert commentary along the teaching session.
Learn some new skills, meet some new friends and you get to eat what you have created. A complimentary cooking recipe will be provided for you to take home. Our driver will transfer you back to your hotel after a wonderful cooking class.
