Stop At: Elephant Pride Sanctuary, 191/12 Tambon Chang Khlan, อำเภอเมือง Chang Wat Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand
In our thailand we use to have morethan 100000 domestic elephants in 1983 but now 2019 we have around 2700 domestic elephants and 2500 – 3000 of wild elephants ..In the year 1989, the Thai government announced the cancellation of logging in the prohibited forest area. Which resulted in the closure of the remaining natural forest and now here our elephants familys get retirement from hard work and waiting for who real elephant lover come to care them in our sanctuary in jungle far from road our activity pick up at hotel at 8:30am drive1.30 hr. Visit Karen hill tribe Maewang village and start trekking totally 2:30 hr. Lunch at river in forest and walk to finish at Elephant pride sanctuary do break and carry banana or drag grass or corn stover to elephants for feed and care them and spend time with them in sanctuary around 1:30hr.(following elephant routine) and drive back to hotel 1:30 hr arrive at hotel in town around 5:30 pm
