Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product
Stop At: Bangkok, Bangkok
Depart Bangkok at 11.30 AM and travel by air-conditioned vehicle to Amphawa Floating Market to join the locals as they buy and sell from boats on the canals of the Mea Klong River. Stroll along the boardwalk to watch the scenes unfold as farmers and fishermen sell snacks such as fried sea mussels and papaya salad from their boats.
The main draw is of course eating seafood grilled precariously on wooden boats moored around the famous central bridge, serving an appetizing array of huge prawns, shellfish and squid. From noon until late in the evening, the smell is simply irresistible and customers flock to each side of the river all day long.
