During our cooking classes, each student will get maximum individual attention in our open-air kitchen. As a class, we will prepare all the natural ingredients that are fresh from the local market. Every student in Aonang Thai Cookery School’s kitchen always receives full guidance and attention, from the chopping board until the final plate. Everyone has their own cooking station and wok. No artificial coloring or flavoring is used in our kitchen.
We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic Thai food.
