Set off from the hotel for a culinary tour in Phuket. Travel into the hills to a Thai-style bungalow and meet with Ms. Tienthong. An English-speaking chef who spend eight years cooking in the United States, Ms. Tienthong returned home and set up a cooking school to share her passion for Thai cuisine.
Walk through the market, where you can see the local life, meet the local people and find the ingredients to cook your meal. Drive to school, it’s time to start cooking, learn about exotic herbs and other spices used in traditional cuisine while preparing the ingredients.
