Arrive at Pum Thai Food Chain School in Phuket on your own or with our driver. Available every day at 11:00am, 04:00pm or 06:00pm. Classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of 8-10 person classes. You choose 3 of your favorite Thai dishes to learn in this class lasting 3hrs. Learn about the essential herbs, vegetables, and sauces used in Thai cooking and walk away with a full stomach, Pum’s first recipe book, and new-found knowledge of Thai cuisine.

• Noodles – Thai fried noodles with prawns, Fried noodles in sweet soy sauce, Noodles stir fried with spicy curry paste, Fried noodles in thick ‘gravy’ sauce
• Snacks – Chicken satay with peanut sauce and cucumber dressing, Fried chicken with garlic and pepper, Spicy chicken dip, great as a starter
