Ensures familiarity with underwater breathing and equipment to producing a safer and more enjoyable experience in the open water. The activity is registered with PADI and becomes a substantial credit towards a PADI Open Water Course. No more than two students per instructor.

Itinerary
We wish to introduce you to the wonderful world of Scuba Diving. Many of those who try it go on to become certified divers. Our experience begins with a (1 hour) pool session the morning or afternoon before the main activity in order to introduce you to the equipment, breathing underwater, complete a simple safety drill and receive some tips on how to move in the water. For those that may be a little more nervous than others, we find it the best way to produce a great experience.
The dive day in the open water will be two dives to a maximum of 12 metres on our local coral reefs. No promises about sightings of particular marine life, but a promise that you will see a lot of fish and coral.
The experience will be registered with PADI as your first steps to an Open Water Certificate whether with us or another PADI centre.
