The experience will take place in the Esan region, Ubon Ratchathani province to be more specific. You are invited to stay with a real local Esan family that has lived on the bank of The Mekong River all their life.
The family members will lead you to do cultural-aligned activities that will take place in the mountain or in the river, depending on the season. These activities are exploring and food gathering-oriented. You will be exposed to Esan wilderness along with the family members in search of food ingredients during your stay. You will be hiking in the mountain on unspoiled trails, swimming in the only local-known mountain stream, visiting amazing places, learning how to cook, picking food ingredients, which will later turn into real Esan full flavor meals.
