This combo tour of Bora Bora by land and sea is full of fantastic photo ops! Start with a 4WD tour by open-air safari truck that circles the volcanic island, stopping at several lookout points along the way. After lunch at Lucky House*, Select a single or double jet ski and zip around the Polynesian paradise with an experienced guide. If you are not up for a walking tour around town, then get in an open-sided 4wd safari jeep and experience a guided town tour with all the sites. It is a pretty unique way of getting to know the town without the street vendors bugging you, and Savannah Adventures is the only company doing that. It's a nice drive around town and vicinities so you can get accustomed to Victoria Falls and its township. Travel back in time, get a sense of what life was like in the occupied Czechoslovakia under Nazis. The trip starts in an authentic WWII underground shelter stuffed with many original items to see and touch. The guide will let you know the hard history. In the 4WD vehicle we will cruise a countryside where Nazis build huge petrochemical factory by using POW and force labor. You will discover former camps, bunkers, shelters and air raid shaft. The area was under heavy bombing raids of UK R.A.F. and US 8. a 15. flying army to stop Nazis product fuel. We tell you the stories of shoot down pilots and many more. After exploring several lakes around the area with an all-terrain ride travel, along the craters of Sete Cidades, visit the small parish and then continue your way to the sea shore to witness the secondary volcano wonders of hot sea water. Set in the middle of a 3-mile (5-km) wide volcanic crater, Sete Cidades’ forest-blanketed slopes and lake scattered valleys are the ideal place for an off-road adventure. Explore the area with a local guide and make it a special afternoon with a Hiking Trail in Serra Devassa (2h, easy category). This short circular trail begins and ends opposite the Lagoa do Canário and takes about 2 hours to complete. When you reach the top of the hillside, you can see the Lagoa das Éguas to your left, and a small round lake to your right. A little further ahead you will come to a side turn leading to a vantage point, where you can view the two aforementioned lakes, on your left, and the Lagoa Rasa, on your right.

At 355 meters above the sea level you will have the first stop, at Pico dos Barcelos viewpoint, overlooking the beautiful and panoramic Funchal town. We drive towards the center of Madeira where you will find Curral das Freiras (Nun's Valley) surrounded by tremendous mountains. Curral das Freiras was previously used at the 15th century, as a refuge for the nuns of the Convent of Santa Clara. Before we reach the top mountain Pico do Arreiro, the 3rd highest peak, we will pass at Miradouro do Paredão with a spendid view to Curral das Freiras, and this area was subjectes to intensive reforestation works.
