Come explore the largest standing totem park in the world. Some of the totems have been here for over 100 years. They have a great gift shop as well.
Stopping at Creek Street is a popular destination to see salmon returning to spawn, with lots of unique shops to find that perfect gift. Learning the interesting history of the creek from its brothels, taverns, the fish ladder, and married man’s trail are just a few of the historic attractions that make the boardwalk a must-see highlight.

We help you take iconic photographs of several locations in the Ketchikan area, including historical, cultural and nature attractions. We offer advanced and basic photographic instruction for cell phone, poin'n'shoot & DSLR camera users. We conduct our tours over a set route of 7 or 8 different locations with each location offering unique photo opportunities AND teaching opportunities. Although a majority of my photography instruction is equally applicable to BOTH cell phones, point’n'shoots and DSLR cameras, some of my instruction is specific to DSLR users.

Columbia River Gorge Tour from Portland
Half an hour east of Portland can be found the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, Multnomah Falls, and some of the most magnificent views in the country; skyscraper cliffs, verdant rainforests, and majestic waterfalls. This morning kayak trip departs Seward and heads along Resurrection Bay to Tonsina Point. As you paddle along the coast behind a guide, admire the scenery and watch for wildlife such as birds, otters, eagles, sea lions and more. This trip is a great option for those that have limited time but want to experience the beauty of Resurrection Bay.
Historic Gold Panning Adventure & Salmon Bake
Spend your day in Juneau port panning for gold and indulging in a fresh Alaskan salmon bake. After a brief city tour of Juneau, make your way with a guide up to Gold Creek and Last Chance Basin for an adventure in gold panning. When you’ve built up an appetite, head to a traditional all-you-can-eat salmon bake. Take a short stroll along a natural salmon-spawning creek to the entrance of the Wagner Mine at beautiful Salmon Creek Falls where you can pan for gold, see mining relics, and look for salmon. Have fun roasting marshmallows over a campfire and feel free to take photos at our interactive, gold rush mural. You’re also encouraged to visit the Trading Post to purchase a souvenir and other mementos.

Ketchikan 4 in 1
On the Ketchikan 4 in 1 you get to experience a fully narrated 2.5 hour historical tour. Starting with the city, which includes: a view of Creek street (ketchikan's historical red light district) and the salmon ladder. Then take a 10 mile scenic seaside drive to explore an area rich in Alaskan Native culture. Here you will see 2 totem parks (Potlatch Park and Totem Bight State Park) that combined have 2 clan houses, 5 tribal houses, and 2 carving centers. Along with antique cars, rare firearms, a historical museum, and a beach walk to view the tidepools (also a good chance to see eagles and sometimes whales as they migrate through the Tongass Narrows).

Olympic National Park is well known for having several different ecosystems to explore: subalpine forest, wildflower meadows, temperate rain-forest, and the rugged Pacific Shore. This twelve hour tour allows you to sample each of these systems with the added advantage of having an experienced guide to answer any questions that may arise. Come explore tide pools along the coastal beaches, roam among old-growth forest, trek atop mountain ridges with breathtaking vistas and stand by glacier-birthed rivers and lakes. The Harbor Haus at Thomas Basin will be your destination to experience the most pristine Dungeness Crab feast. While looking out over the harbor filled with commercial fishing boats, watch as the daily catch is brought to the docks.
