Surfing lessons are two hours long and all the necessary material is included (surfboard, boots, wetsuit and insurance). We will be with you at all times, teaching you all we know about this amazing sport and giving you the confidence you need to enjoy your surfing experience without having to worry about anything else. The trail follows S. Lourenço Point, the eastern-most peninsula of Madeira island, named after the caravel sailed by João Gonçalves de Zarco, one of the three discoverers of Madeira island. The village of Altos de Chavón offers narrow alleys of cobblestones, old-looking houses, a church, fountains, a Roman amphitheater, a cultural center and an archaeological museum.
