You will return to your hotel to rest at around 2 am the next morning. **The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon whose appearance and visibility are dictated by weather and other natural conditions. Thus, there is no guarantee that you will see them.**

Experience a smooth, comfortable ride in our modern fleet of high-roof vans. We provide convenient door to door transportation from Fairbanks to Denali National Park Entrance. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy the scenic landscape on your 3-hour journey. We will stop for restrooms along the way. Hotel Pick-up may be 10-20 minutes before departing Fairbanks. We'll be contacting each traveler the day before to confirm pick-up, drop-off locations and timing. You'll also be provided with the van name and driver details. We depart Fairbanks by 8:30am, after hotel pick-ups. We should be arriving in Denali National Park by 11:30am. Flexible departure times may be possible. The Date with Aurora: Ice Fishing Tour from Fairbanks


Explore the beauty of Alaska! Experience the true nature of Fairbanks and learn the fishing skills with a fishing expert on the Ice fishing tour. From November to March of each year in Alaska, the rivers and lakes freeze, and ice fishing is generally possible when the thickness of the ice reaches 8 to 10 centimeters. Ice fishing is the winter favorite for Alaskans. You’ll learn the fishing skill with a fishing expert. After catching the fish, the guide will also process a grilled fish for each guest on site, allowing you to taste the freshest fish, and then release the extra fish back to the snow lake. NOTE: Adults over 16 years old need to purchase a separate fishing license. You can either buy it online by youself or tour guide will guide you to purchase it at the local designated outdoor store.
