This experience is meeting up with me to learn something about the area and check in with where you are at and offer a series of mindfulness prompts to do on a trail you pick.I do not go with you as a hiking guide.We use Whats app to stay in touch and I also offer local tips, hiking suggestions and answer questions about the area. I'm basically an expert guide in your pocket. I would say this experience is best for the person who really wants to slow down and find a connection with the land. It can also be a good value for the right person as hiking tours can start at $150. Very unique experience to stay overnight in Rila Monastery and touch the spiritual life of this sacred place! If you interested in this very special opportunity we'll arrange everything for you, including a private transport if you need such (additional cost). Keep in mind you have to travel from Sofia to the monastery in Rila, which take around 3,5 hours by bus and 2,5 hours by car! The Cave of St. Ivan Rilski is a sacred place to visit and its only a very nice walk away – 3,4 km!
