Lina Palera (your host in this experience) is a world-renowned lyricist, and she has performed at ancient Greek amphitheaters, museums and international music festivals (such as MusikMesse, Germany). Apart from being an amazing musician, Lina is an equally great tutor with studies and teaching experience in London and Athens. Living for half a decade in England, Lina speaks fluently English, and Greek.

Join your local host Erica at her high-ceilinged kitchen in her Victorian red brick house to learn to cook a traditional Irish meal from recipes she learned from her mother. Your hands-on cooking class will last about two and a half hours. Potential dishes you might learn to make from scratch are Guinness brown bread, a main like a stew or fish, and a delicious dessert like Wexford strawberry cheesecake. Wine is also included in the price of your experience! I was born around flours, inside a bakery with the smell of freshly baked bread. My Dad is a baker, my brother too: I love bread and I want to share my knowledge with you. How many types of bread we produce in our land? Together we will discover the dough, the shapes and the stories of bread in Sardinia. How is the experience? The First step consists in knowing the recipe and the different types of flours. Next, we prepare the dough and then we realize a variety of typical bread shapes, specifically: “su coccoi”. At the end, we cook the bread in the oven and we taste it together with some cheeses and a glass of wine.
