E-Bike, Focaccia and Wine

Rated 5 Stars, based on 29 Reviews.
Along country roads, among trulli, farmhouses and dry stone walls, I will show you the places I love and experience every day by pedaling together for 20 km (about 12 miles).
We start from Alberobello, the capital of the trulli, towards Locorotondo, the most evocative village in the Valle d'Itria: where a tasty stop at a traditional local bakery awaits us.
We will taste the typical Apulian focaccia freshly baked by Giovanni, accompanied by a glass of wine.
Afterwards, before returning to Alberobello, we will stop at the pastry shop of Signora Maria to taste the almond sweets of our tradition.
On the way back we will consume seasonal fruits, picking them directly from the trees (cherries, figs, fioroni, pears, blackberries, mulberries).
It won't be a tourist experience, not a classic e-bike tour but a little adventure: local life, away from crowded places.
