This cooking experience is truly unique. It's an opportunity to step into the heart of Moroccan culture, from going to a local market (Souk) to preparing a traditional Moroccan dishes. This experience provides a glimpse into the daily lives of Moroccans. You will live a day as a Moroccan local by visiting a popular local Souk(market) and cook Moroccan dishes in a local home with a Moroccan local family. This experience will take you on a journey through the heart of Moroccan culinary heritage. In my cooking class you will learn how to make popular Moroccan dishes and discover the secret, tips, and skills of our Moroccan cuisine. NOTE: The local market closes only on Friday.

i am Benedetta from @my.bologna! I will bring you to the typical and local food markets. We will go shopping in the best food shops of Bologna, where usually locals go. We will taste local salumi, local cheese and home-made pasta, and local wine of course! We will go also to a special ancient indoor market, where you can buy specialities of the town to bring home! I will suggest you what to but and how to cook it. We Will also have amazing gelato! You will enjoy the special atmosphere that makes the district so special, lively and energetic while learning more about things you can’t miss when visiting Bologna.
