Our dishes are all inspired by the Tuscan tradition, offer authenticity and seasonality of the ingredients and taking inspiration from local cuisine, they are proposed with particular and captivating reinterpretations. The menu is 4 courses with the pairing of our wines.

A food tour with a felonious twist! The Federal Hill neighborhood of Providence is one of its hottest destinations, home to some of the best Italian food in the world. This tour will give you a smorgasbord of its best bites and drinks, from fine wines to family recipes passed down through generations. Come hungry! Every guest will also get a memento from their time on the Hill to take home with them. Spoiler alert: it's delicious! The Hill was also home to some historic characters who dabbled on the wrong side of the law. Follow the intrigue of State v. Patriarca, when a future mayor took on a mob boss; learn about the corruption which brought Rhode Island's banking system to its knees in the '90s, and about a raid on an illegal dice game that sent a Providence Police Officer through a second-story window. Our olive trees are age-old, sumptuous and proud, with robust roots that are witnesses to the passage of centuries. They are trees that we have been growing one by one with love and passion. Through the colors, scents and sounds of the untouched nature, we will reach the olive groves area where you’ll enjoy an intimate time for tasting, which will take you to savor a 4-course menu matched with our wines. You will be trained to exercise your sense of smell and taste, in order to better perceive the flavors and characteristics of our products.

This tour of "Istrian hill tops cities" will give you an impression of inner Istria. Driving to Groznjan we will stop for a photo on Lim Fjord. In Groznjan we will walk the ancient streets. If we are lucky, we might get to know one of the local artists. After Groznjan we will go to Motovun. In Motovun we will have a walking tour, tasting of truffle products and we will visit the city walls where you can enjoy the "View of half Istria". There you will have some free time for lunch, I can reserve a table for you at the famous restaurant "Mondo". There you can eat A la Cart, of course their specialty are truffle dishes. On our way back we will stop in Pazin to see the Abyss.
