A knowledgeable and entertaining guide will give you a hands-on tour where you will learn a little history of rum and get a behind-the-scenes look at how they ferment, distill, blend, age, and expertly bottle their handcrafted rums and ensure their products meet the highest quality standards. You will learn how to nose and taste rhum. You will be treated to over 20 samples of their 100 different flavored rhums, rum cake, and rum-infused Italian gelato, and cook and taste food prepared with Topper’s Rhum. As St. Maarten’s official rum, Topper’s has been named USA Today’s Best Caribbean Rum Distillery for four years and has won over thirty prestigious tasting medals. This remarkable full-day tour shows you the very best of Grenada in a day. See St. George's, the prettiest capital town in the Caribbean. Travel up the western coast and visit the picturesque Concord Waterfalls nestled in the lush mountains where you can be refreshed by swimming in the cool water. Visit the fishing town of Gouyave, then continue to the Diamond chocolate factory to taste and learn how chocolate is made. The Great House and Distillery tour captures an authentic insight into life on a 17th century plantation showcasing artifacts from Amerindian settlement through to colonial times. The movie c. 1935 is a rare and unique glimpse of this life and also of Barbados at the turn of the 20th century. The attraction is intended to allow visitors to tour at their own pace or have a guided tour while also allowing opportunities to have quiet spaces for reflection and for relaxing within the gardens and landscaped grounds. The cafe offers refreshments and light fare for the visitors taking the tour within the setting of a lush tropical gully. Our artisan distillery showcases our manufacturing in a manner that allows the visitor to be immersed in the processes of making rum for "the sugar cane field to the bottle", viewing the crushing of cane within the antique steam mill allowing them to take away a more meaningful experience of their visit.

After you’ve spent some time exploring the fully interactive museum experience, join one of our Distillery Guides on a journey deep into the heart of the Bundaberg Rum Distillery. You will start by visiting our Molasses well – which holds up to 5 million litres of molasses, fresh from our neighbours at Millaquin Sugar Mills. Then learn about how we ferment and distill our liquids. And finally on to our grand Barrel House, where you’ll learn about how we age and mature our rum for a minimum of two years before our liquid makes it’s way into a bottle. Opened in June 2013, the Cayman Spirits Company Distillery is Grand Cayman’s only distillery, and the only source of handcrafted spirits in the islands. Join the Distillery team Saturdays for a tour and tasting. They'll walk you through how they start with organic, local grain to produce their award winning Rye and Bourbon Whiskey, Gin, Rum and other spirits. Throughout the tour they'll regale you with the true tale of the Pittsburgh’s Whiskey Rebellion, one of the country’s quirkiest and most pivotal events.
