Opera Concert

Embark on a wonderful evening of the most famous Italian opera arias. The program features arias from 'La Traviata,' 'La Bohème,' 'Tosca,' 'Madame Butterfly,' 'The Marriage of Figaro,' and 'The Barber of Seville,' all performed by professional singers. The evening is set in the heart of Florence in the beautiful 15h-century Church of St. Monaca.

The Orchestra and singers of I Musici Veneziani present the new extraordinary show "The Three Tenors" inspired by the famous concert by Maestro Luciano Pavarotti with the tenors Domingo and Carreras. A fusion between the most beautiful arias of the great Italian opera and the most famous concerts of the Baroque tradition. Verdi and Puccini, Rossini and Leoncavallo, Vivaldi, Mozart and many other authors re-proposed in the faithful and brilliant interpretation of the Orchestra of I Musici Veneziani.

Enjoy best of Mozart arias and duets performed by two excellent singers and five musicians from Czech Opera Houses dressed in period costumes. Taste traditional three course dinner inspired by recipes from Czech and Austrian cuisine served in the breaks between the concert. Enjoy an evening with 1.5 hours of world famous music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Strauss family at, Old Stock Exchange Palace, one of the most beautiful historical locations in Vienna. Listen to the Vienna Residence Orchestra accompanied by professional opera singers as well as ballet dancers. The uniqueness of our concert lies in the perfect combination of all that is characteristic for the Italian music: operatic arias from the most famous Italian operas like "La Traviata", "Turandot" or "Rigoletto", Neapolitan songs and "Four Seasons" of Vivaldi. The concert programme is presented by tenor and soprano soloists accompanied by grand piano. From Monday to Saturday our concerts are held in magnificent Waldesian Church (via IV Novembre 107, Rome) with outstanding acoustics. The church is situated in a historical building in the centre of Rome, only 100 metres walk from Piazza Venezia and 300 metres walk from Pantheon. On Sundays our concerts take place at Methodist Church (via Firenze 38, Rome). A warm space of the Methodist Church and a unique acoustic create an intimate atmosphere of the concerts. Thanks to the small space of the concert hall guest are only a foot away from the musicians, which feels like a private concert.

By visiting the performance you will be taken back to Mozart’s time. Enjoy an evening likely to have taken place in 1790 – in the Baroque Hall lit by candles, having a dinner based on historical recipes, listening to a concert with musicians in authentic costumes and the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The venue, St. Peter Stiftskulinarium is the oldest restaurant in middle Europe and even Mozart and his family used to dine there. Dress Code: smart casual, admission until 7:15pm

Imagine going back in time to hear the music just as in Mozart's times. Spend an evening in the beautiful baroque interior of St. Francis of Assisi Church in the heart of Prague, listening to the city’s second oldest organ from 1702, played by Amadeus Mozart, Antonin Dvořak a.o., delicately restored to its original baroque tuning and sound. You will hear esteemed Czech musicians perform famous baroque pieces interleaved by other exquisite musical treasures. Usually three artists perform at the concerts – soloists of our prominent opera and orchestra bodies, pedagogues of the Academy of music and drama and Prague conservatory.
