São Paulo proudly hosts some of the world's largest immigrant communities, including Italians, Japanese, Syrian-Lebanese, and more. During our exploration, we'll uncover the fascinating history of this city, from its first skyscraper in Latin America to the pre-existing Tupi nation and the ancient South American pathways that once crisscrossed these lands. Our journey will take us through the “new” center and the historic downtown, where we'll discover the enduring legacies of Jesuits, conquerors, churches, banks, migrants, and immigrants. Along the way, I'll illustrate how São Paulo has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past century, providing insights into what it's like to live here today. Prepare to ascend to the city's heights, where you'll be awed by its sheer vastness, only to then dive into its vibrant communities, immersing yourself in a kaleidoscope of colors, scents, and hidden details. This is my daily life in this captivating, beautiful chaos!

A heaven for wine lovers: situated just south of Siena lies the land of some of the best Italian wines: Brunello di Montalcino and Nobile di Montepulciano. Based on the clones of Sangiovese, some of the most collectible and popular wines in all of Italy are produced here. From the meeting point we head to the bubbling Loulé Market! Smell the smells and discover the local products (bread, cakes, jams, honey, nuts, liqueurs, fish and more). Next, we'll visit the cork capital of the Algarve: São Brás de Alportel, where it all began: the extraction and processing of cork that provided work for many families and its export generated wealth for the area. The first Portuguese bank was born here in the Casa Museu do Traje, and from here there will be time for lunch (not included in the tour). We'll then visit the cork factory.

I am a Colombian taster and barista, passionate about coffee, co-founder of Divino Cafe Especial, I belong to the third generation of coffee producers in my family. For 20 years I have grown coffee with my family in the department of Huila, in the south of the country, this region is considered the main producer of coffee in Colombia. I know the cultivation of coffee from the plant in all its processes to serving an exquisite cup of coffee. I found my main passion guiding the consumer and non-professional coffee lover in a fun and educational way so that they learn how to buy and enjoy coffee anywhere in the world. I wait for you here to guide you through the world of coffee and its exquisite flavors.

Here in the heart of coffee country we invite you to learn how Rwanda’s world-class coffee is grown, harvested, evaluated, roasted, and served directly from the women farmers.

Join us for a delightful journey to the village of Lumbarda, where you'll sample some of Korcula Island's tastiest highlights with visits to three family-run producers. A short trip from Korcula brings us to our first stop, one of the region’s top honey and gin producers. Here, you'll learn about their process and enjoy tasting their products. Next, we head to Lumbarda to experience one of Korcula’s most famous offerings: its wine. At a family-run winery, you'll taste the acclaimed yet little-known white wine, Grk, along with other regional wines, all served with delicious local snacks such as cheese, prsut ham or seasonal salad. After leaving the winery, we take a scenic 10-15 minute walk to our final destination. At the home of the jovial Ivan, you'll sample a variety of homemade delights including olive oil, preserves, sweet treats, rakija (brandy), domestic wine, and to top it off, crepe-style pancakes with jam. After bidding our new friends farewell, we'll return to Korcula.
