Don Juan Tours Arenal is a family business that through its tours teach visitors the whole process behind two very important products worldwide, Coffee and Chocolate. At this Coffee and Chocolate Tour, we will teach you the entire Coffee process, from the seed to the delicious cup of coffee. Once the coffee tour is finished, we will start with the sweetest part of the tour, the delicious chocolate. Like coffee, we will talk about the entire Chocolate process, from the seed to the delicious chocolate bar and we will end up selecting some members of the group to grind the cacao beans and make their own chocolate bar. Once finished you will have the opportunity to taste several types of chocolate such as Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and White Chocolate.

Our winery is the first with D.O. P of the Canary Islands in Fuerteventura.. Tour our exclusive vineyard, learn about our cultivation in jable and volcano gavia, the production and bottling process and enjoy a tasting of our wines accompanied by products from Fuerteventura.

Located only about a kilometer away from Hoi An Ancient Town's bustling center, the Hoi An Silk Village breathes new life into the 300 year-old history of the Maritime Silk Road. The Village is surrounded by verdant mulberry gardens, lotus ponds and horticulture farms. A guided tour in a traditional lemon garden, where you can discover the famous oval lemon of Sorrento and Massa Lubrense, cultivated only in the Sorrento peninsula with the IGP mark. During the visit will be illustrated the techniques of cultivation and production of the most famous lemon in the world. We will show you the process of growing lemon, its history and its use in ancient and modern cuisine. Following tasting of homemade jams accompanied by Provolone del Monaco, lemon oil, Sorrento nuts and a cold glass of homemade limoncello.

Dumfries Maples is a 25 year old maple syrup farm located 50km west of Fredericton in Central New Brunswick along the Wolastoq (St. John River), operating on a family property dating back to the late 1880’s. A visit includes a guided tour of our farm, describing how we produce maple syrup, explaining the process from tree to bottle. The tour also tells the unique history of maple syrup from its beginning to present day, as well as the local history of the area. The tour will be followed by warm homemade biscuits served with our maple butter and a beverage inside our owner-built cedar log cabin. This will be followed by the treat of maple taffy on snow. Extend your visit by exploring the property on our trails where you can experience nature and view wildlife. The topics covered range from local and family history, to organic/regenerative agriculture and the natural winemaking processes we adopt. A dive into the history of art in Renaissance Italy for those who choose tours with a light or buffet lunch, or for those who add a visit to Villa Guicciardini to the tasting, which housed the patrician families who succeeded one another in the ownership of our historic company

Our starting point begins at the incredible Parque de la 93, a park recognized for its wide variety of restaurants. We will leave on a 2.5 hour tour to our first destination, La Vaca que Ríe. In this well-known restaurant that serves typical food from the region, you can enjoy a delicious almojábana with aguapanela courtesy of the house and get to know the extensive menu of local gastronomy. We will continue on our way to Hacienda Coloma, where with a basket and a hat, you will be able to live the unique experience of being a true coffee grower, from learning how the coffee tree (coffee plant) is grown to learning about its final production process and enjoying a delicious cup. of coffee and a shot of their liquor. Finally we will have lunch at the Solomillo Restaurant, just 5 minutes from the farm (not included). Our day ends by traveling the same road that took us to the hacienda for 2.5 hours, enjoying an Andean landscape at sunset until the initial starting point.

Miso is a traditional food in Japan which has been sustaining the dietary life of the Japanese since ancient times. To watch how miso is made, a historical brewery established about 300 years ago. Obuse, a beautiful town famous for chestnuts. Feel free to stroll around the town and try some local food. Jigokudani Monkey Park is where the behavior of Japanese macaques can be seen up close in every season. As they soak in hot springs characteristic of winter, these Japanese macaques are also called snow monkeys. Enjoy the delightful sight of playful young monkeys and adorable newborns in spring and summer.

In our land you can breathe the atmosphere of the past, where the technique and the typical varieties of cheeses and mozzarella have been handed down for generations, remaining faithfully attached to seasonality. Guided by an expert master cheese maker, we will put our "hands on the dough" and try the processing and making of these dairy products, with the use of wooden tools. The cheesemaker will make mozzarella, burrata, nodini and stracciatella before our eyes and the participants will have the opportunity to create their first milk products and taste the finished product, accompanied by local cold cuts and good Apulian wine.
